Engineered sewing station for programmed or manual inserting of sleeves in men's jackets, ladies' jackets and coats, with CNC step motor technology and integrated DC sewing drive.Single needle lockstitch post bed machine with bottom belt feed, differential top belt feed, thread trimmer, sewing foot lift and automatic seam backtacking. Freely programmable fullness control with coloured graphic display and user's guidance for displaying the programme sequence, automatic graduation and mirroring.

Equipped with oil-free hook, electropneumatic functions for thread trimmer and sewing foot lift, additional pedal for correcting the fullness amounts in case of automatic operation or for controlling the fullness in case of manual operation. Knee switch for fullness sequence control, programmable additional thread tension for intense rufflings, edge guide, 1-LED-sewing light and maintenance unit. Control panel with digital display, memory capacity for 15 programmes with 2 x 13 steps each, programmable stitch lengths of 1.5 - 5,5 mm.
